Peter Gruenewald, MD

Peter Gruenewald MD

Peter is a General Practitioner in the NHS and is in private practice in Bristol and London.
He is Founder and Managing Director of HeartSpheres Ltd. Peter conducts workshops and provides diagnosis and coaching for individuals in the field of resilience, stress, health and performance. He provides these services as stand alone workshops or as part of leadership training programmes for SAID Business School, Oxford University; Academy Schloss Krickenbeck, Germany and for organisations in corporate business, education and health.
Peter's clients span from the banking industry to colleges of teachers and health professionals in the UK, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He is author of the book "The Quiet Heart. Putting Stress in its Place." Floris Books.


David Pendleton, DPhil, Psychology

David Pendleton DPhil Psychology

David is owner and CEO of Edgecumbe Group. He is a business psychologist, who specialises also in coaching psychology and health psychology. He offers leadership courses and is an Associate Fellow, at Said Business School, Oxford University. He is also a Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners.   He is also author of the book "The New Consultation: Developing doctor-patient communication" OUP Oxford.



Professor Maximilian Moser, PhD and MD

Maximilian Moser PhD MD

Max special is biologist and medical scientist. He is Head of Institute for Noninvasive Diagnosis, Joanneum Resarch, Austria. He specialises in clinical chronobiology, sleep research, stress and recovery research and autonomic regulation. He conducted post-doc work in biomedical engineering at the University of Virginia and 
habilitated in physiology in the medical faculty of Graz in 1990.
Max co-directed a research team that performed several medical experiments with an Austrian and with Russian cosmonauts in the space station MIR. New methods to determine autonomic circulatory regulation were developed. He has been involved in public projects in the clinical field, in stress and sleep research as well an in preventive medicine conducted by the Institute for Noninvasive Diagnosis in Weiz/Austria. He teaches Chronobiology and Chronomedicine, Medical Physiology - Exercises and Physiological Psychology at the Med. Universities Graz, Klagenfurt and Virginia. 

Peter Jewitt

Peter is Finance Director of Heartspheres. 
He has played a pivitol role in building the business to date. He has successfully launched a number of small business after leaving the corporate world with 25 years in financial services, latterly at board level. During this time he led large-scale operations and development projects and performed various high-level finance roles.
Peter played a central role in creating Zurich Financial Services’s IFA business as Operations, HR, Development Director, implementing new HR principles and practices as part of a radical cultural change. He has led corporate strategic work, leading multi-million process re-engineering and restructuring exercises in corporate head offices and field sales. 
He originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PWC.

George Perry MSc

George Perry MSc

George is a client-centred facilitator specialising in accompanying individuals and organisations to grow during times of change. He designs learning and development activities for teams and acts as a coach for individuals. George also has wide experience in working with conflict. As a consultant and trainer, he has over 20 years experience serving a wide range of educational, commercial, and third sector organisations.

 

 

 

Helmut Roniger, MD

Dr univ med (Vienna), Mmed (Stell./RSA), consultant RLHH/ UCLH.
Helmut is a specialist in Internal Medicine and an experienced integrated physician. He combines conventional medicine with mind body medicine and stress management to help complex, chronic patients suffering of conditions like burn out or chronic pain syndrome. His practice has taught him that chronic stress due to life style issues, inappropriate thinking habits and emotional response is one of the most important factors to address in such cases. His approach focuses on helping his clients to develop their resources and their capacity to create health and resilience. He is a consultant at the Royal London Homeopathic Hospital/ University College London Hospital since 2001 and provides training, coaching and workshops in the area of self-management, stress and performance and developing resilience.
